Cheese Steak(Use Wok Or Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    3 c. chuck steak, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. fajitas seasoning
    2 c. onions, sliced
    1 large bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1 large ripe tomato, cut in wedges
    4 c. frozen broccoli, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. box Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    8 broiler-fryer chicken thighs
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 large sliced tomatoes
    2 large sliced onions
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    4 minced cloves garlic
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground mace
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    In large frypan, place oil, and heat to medium temperature. Add tomatoes and onion
    and
    cook
    about
    5
    minutes or until wilted.
    Add chicken, stirring several times.
    Add milk, garlic, brown sugar, lemon juice,
    red
    pepper, salt, mace and bay leaves.
    Bring to a
    boil.
    Cover
    and
    simmer,
    stirring frequently, for 50 minutes.
    Remove
    cover
    and
    cook about 10 more minutes over high heat,
    evaporating
    most
    of the liquid and until fork can be
    inserted in chicken with ease.
    Discard bay leaves before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
