Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until golden.
    Stir in beef and seasonings.
    Add mushrooms.
    Saute until meat is done.
    Add soup; simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over biscuits, rice, noodles or baked potatoes.
