Grilled Ham-Mushroom Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 oz. mushrooms, sliced (1 c.)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. minced or ground cooked ham (1 c.)
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    pepper
    8 slices cheese bread
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    In saucepan, saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter until lightly brown, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.
    Stir in ham, sour cream, mustard and pepper; mix well.
    Spread evenly on 4 slices bread.
    Top with remaining bread.
    Brush both sides with melted butter.
    Broil in preheated oven until browned and filling is hot, turning once.
    Makes 4 servings.
