Tasty Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
    1 medium onion, sliced
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. white wine, apple cider or water
Preparation
    In a shallow casserole dish, place pork chops and top with onion slices.
    Sprinkle few drops of lemon juice over onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
