Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    In a skillet, crumble and brown the sausage; drain.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish and line the bottom with cubed bread.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Beat well and pour over layers in the dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
    Serves 6 to 8.
