Seasoned Steamed Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into thick lengthwise slices.
    Heat oil in skillet; saute onions and broccoli.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook 5 minutes over low heat.
