Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes, sieved
    1 can Italian tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 tsp. thyme
    1/8 c. parsley
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Cook celery and garlic in a little shortening in skillet for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add to rest and cook 1 hour.
