Jean'S Chicken Sandwich Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. chicken salad (deli)
    1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
    1 (1 lb.) loaf unsliced rye or wheat bread (about 8 x 4 x 4 inches in size)
    leaf lettuce
Preparation
    Combine chicken and tomato.
    Trim 1/2-inch off ends of bread.
