Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 onions, chopped
    4 (3 oz.) cans chopped chilies
    3 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
    5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Cook butter and onions in large skillet.
    Add chilies.
    Add and stir constantly cheese.
    Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
    Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
    (If cheese becomes too thick, thin with milk.)
    Yields 20 to 25 servings.
