Panache'S Whole Wheat Bread(Makes Three 9 X 5-Inch Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rolled oats
    3 c. hot water
    1 c. molasses or honey (or combination)
    1 c. bran flakes
    3 Tbsp. (3/8 stick) butter, bacon fat or margarine (room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 envelope dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    10 to 12 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Generously grease a large bowl and 3 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans. Combine oats, hot water, molasses, bran flakes, butter and salt in another large bowl and blend well.
    Leave at room temperature until cool.
