Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. peeled, quartered potatoes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
paprika
Preparation

Mix potatoes and enough water to cover in 4-quart saucepan. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium.
Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain well.
Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
