Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1/2 small onion, quartered
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. vinegar (optional)
2 cloves whole garlic or 1 Tbsp. powdered garlic
2 Tbsp. cilantro (dry or fresh)
dash of salt (optional)
peppers to taste (1 jalapeno = warm/mild)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender; do not drain tomatoes. Press \"chopping\" button on blender until it sounds smooth and not chopping any longer.
Makes 1 pint.
Refrigerate salsa.
Lasts 2 to 3 weeks.
