Peach Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 medium potatoes, cooked
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    medium size whole fresh peaches
Preparation
    Wash peaches and dry.
    Rice cooked potatoes and cool until lukewarm.
    Add one egg and mix.
    Put approximately 1 1/2 cups flour on a board or counter.
    Add the potato mixture and knead in flour until the dough is not sticky.
    Roll out the dough until it's about 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into squares.
    Cover each peach with a piece of dough, pinching edges together and turning in hands until layer of dough is smooth.
    Boil dumplings in salted water in a covered pot for 10 minutes.
    Serve with melted butter, sugar and dry cottage cheese.
