Moist Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal mix
    1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Oil a 9 x 4-inch baking dish with canola oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
    Do not overcook or the bread will lose its moisture.
