Moms German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2-3 lbs. potatoes peeled
Miracle whip
3 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 onion finely diced
1 tsp. dill weed
Dash of black pepper
3-4 hard boiled eggs
Preparation

First dice the potatoes, as if you were making mashed, boil until tender.
Cool in colander, chop hard boiled eggs in large bowl; then start adding mustard, onion, dill weed, salt, pepper. In same bowl add miracle whip, mix well until blended.
take cooled potatoes and gently fold into mixture.
Chill in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
