Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Add blueberries.
Mix in with a spoon, not beater.
