Lazy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw beef, cubed
    potatoes
    carrots
    onions
    celery
    8 oz. can tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 tsp. quick cook tapioca
Preparation
    Arrange raw beef cubes in a pan large enough to hold them in a single layer.
    Cut potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery in good sized chunks, layer on top of meat.
    Mix 8 ounce can of tomato soup with 1 can water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Last of all, scatter quick cook tapioca on top.
    Don't stir in.
    Seal tightly and place in 325\u00b0 oven for at least 2 hours.
    Even another hour doesn't hurt.
    Don't peek during cooking time.
