Mama'S Steamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken wings
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    vegetable oil
    1/2 bunch celery with leaves
    3 round onions
    2 bell peppers
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour chicken wings.
    Lightly brown in oil and drain on paper towel.
    Slice the celery, onions and bell peppers julienne style about 1/4-inch thick.
    Layer the chicken and vegetables in a pot and cover.
    Pour chicken broth over all and cook on low heat for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
