Beef And Vegetable Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    1 (9 oz.) Spanish onion, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) sweet red pepper, sliced into strips
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    3 Tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. salt
    8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Place steak, onion, and red pepper in shallow dish.
    Combine garlic, lime juice, oil, vinegar, coriander, cumin and salt.
    Pour over steak and vegetables.
    Toss, cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Preheat broiler.
    Broil steak 8 to 10 minutes on one side; turn.
    Add vegetables and remaining marinade; broil 10 more minutes, or until meat is done.
    Cut meat at 45 degree angle in thin slices.
    Mound steak and veggies in tortillas.
    Fold and serve.
