Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can coconut
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add flour and cornmeal.
    Drain pineapple.
    Add to mixture with coconut and salt. Mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
