Cheesy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes or 3 c. stock
    1 head broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 to 1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    In a stew pot, add water, bouillon cubes, chopped onion, broccoli and spices.
    Boil 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add diced Velveeta cheese and whip until melted.
