Boursin Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    pinch of thyme
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. light cream or milk
    1 to 2 Tbsp. minced chives
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix ingredients all together until fluffy in food processor or mixer.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Soften 1 hour before serving.
