Salmon Ball Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, well drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1/4 c. finely crumbled blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    crackers, toast rounds, rye breads, etc.
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients till smooth.
    Mold mixture into a small bowl lined with plastic wrap.
    Remove from mold, garnish with parsley.
    Can be designed in the shape of a fish.
    Chill 2 or 3 hours.
    Serve with crackers, toast rounds, rye bread, etc.
