Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    1 stick butter (melt in pan)
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Add egg and milk.
    Stir and put in pan.
    Add cherries but do not stir.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Sprinkle lightly with sugar if using fresh or frozen fruit.
