Ingredients

16 oz. can sliced stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 lb. round steak
Preparation

Cut steak into serving size pieces and brown in 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add all ingredients to pan and cook covered for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then cook uncovered for 15 minutes more.
Always stir occasionally.
