Easy Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 loaf bread, toasted and broken in pieces
    6 hard-boiled eggs, diced or sliced
    2 raw eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Boil chicken in 2 quarts water until tender.
    Remove bones and cut in medium pieces.
    Reserve broth.
    Combine in large mixing bowl: toasted bread, hard-boiled eggs, salt and pepper; set aside.
