Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Granny Smith apples
2 c. walnut pieces

Preparation

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add apples and walnut pieces a little at a time.
Add dry ingredients to wet.
