Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 envelope (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning
    1 head lettuce, torn
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. radishes
    4 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bag (7 1/2 oz.) nacho cheese corn chips
    creamy Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain well.
    Stir in taco seasoning and let cool.
    In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomato, radishes, green onion, beans and cheese.
    Just before serving, toss with meat, corn chips and just enough dressing to coat lightly.
    Makes 8 servings.
