Buttermilk Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    6 eggs
    1 stick corn oil margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 (9-inch) shallow pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour; mix together.
    Add eggs and buttermilk and mix thoroughly.
    Melt margarine and add to mixture and mix well.
    Add vanilla and mix.
    Pour in unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of the pie.
