Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts (pecans), chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Sift flour, then measure 3 cups flour (sifted with soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon). Add to first mixture and blend. Stir in nuts. Bake in 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. (Line bottom of pans with greased waxed paper.) Remove from pans at once and cool on rack.
