Quick Vegetable Soup(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
    1/2 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place bacon in single layer in a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
    Cover with paper towel.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp; set aside.
    Preserve 1 tablespoon of drippings; discard remainder.
    Add vegetables, tomatoes, cut into small pieces, onion, bouillon and garlic powder to drippings. Cover with casserole lid.
    Microwave on High 9 to 11 minutes or until steaming hot and flavors are blended.
    Crumble bacon and add to soup.
    Sprinkle cheese over individual bowls of soup.
    Makes about 4 servings (125 calories).
