Savory Vegetable Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. savory
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    4 to 5 carrots, cut in 2-inch chunks
    1 head cauliflower, trimmed
    1/2 lb. green beans (whole), trimmed
    4 to 5 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch chunks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat bouillon, savory and tarragon to a boil.
    Add cauliflower; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add remaining vegetables.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Make a sauce of butter, seed and juice. Serve vegetables in clusters on a large platter.
    Drizzle sauce over all.
    Serves 8 to 10.
