Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. milk (you can use low-fat)
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk and margarine; pour over bread crumbs and sugar. Stir well until bread becomes very soft.
    Beat eggs; mix well with bread mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
    Refrigerate.
    Very good hot or cold.
