French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pastry shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 level Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar well.
    Add flour, then well beaten eggs, buttermilk and coconut.
    Pour into uncooked pastry shell. Cook at 350\u00b0 until golden.
