Baked Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
    2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 oz. shredded American or Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. frozen spinach, cooked and drained well (never use canned spinach)
    4 eggs, eaten
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine cheeses and margarine.
    Add spinach and eggs that have been beaten with flour.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 6 servings.
