Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. beef and 1/4 lb. pork, ground together
    4 strips bacon
    hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    carrots, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 pt. water
    1 doz. large clams
    1 qt. tomatoes
    potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Fry bacon in skillet until brown and remove from pan.
    Fry meat until brown, break bacon into meat, add 3 to 5 drops hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and mix.
    Add 1 cup water and simmer 15 minutes.
    Open clams and save juice; grind clams.
    Put clams, juice and meat mixture in large soup pot.
