Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
3/4 c. pecans
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and press in bottom of flat dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool.
Beat Cool Whip, confectioners sugar and cream cheese and put over crust.
Beat lemon pudding and milk and put on top.
Cover with Cool Whip.
May also use chocolate or any other pudding.
