Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated apples
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (bottom only)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
