Crispy Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. crushed saltine crackers or Wheaties, corn flakes or potato chips
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. oil
3 lb. chicken parts
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix crushed crackers, cheese, salt, paprika, onion powder and pepper.
Blend milk and oil in another pan.
Dip chicken into liquid and then into crumb mixture.
Bake until tender, about 1 hour.
Mix leftover milk, half and half with water and use as fresh milk.
