Cream Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. can chilli
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 can brown or black beans
    Doritos, lettuce, tomatoes and olives
Preparation
    Brown meat and season.
    Add chilli and tomatoes.
    Cook slowly 20 to 30 minutes.
    Whip cream stiff and add to meat mixture with beans and cheese.
    Heat slowly over low heat until puffy.
    Shred lettuce and cube tomatoes.
    Place in serving bowl.
    Layer Doritos in bowl.
