End Of Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cucumbers
    2 c. chopped peppers (red and green)
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped green tomatoes
    2 c. carrots
    2 c. green beans
    4 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    4 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Cook carrots and green beans.
    Soak cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, onions and green tomatoes in salt water (1 cup salt and 1 gallon water) for 12 hours.
    Drain well, then rinse in cold water and drain again.
