White Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. light cream or 1 large can evaporated milk
    2 c. cooked mashed potatoes (may use instant)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked pastry shell (10-inch size)
    sprinkle of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    In
    mixing bowl beat eggs slightly with mixer.\tStir in cream, potatoes,\tsugar, vanilla, lemon and salt.
    Beat until mixture is\tsmooth.
    Place\tin
    unbaked
    pastry shell on oven rack. Sprinkle
    with
    nutmeg.
    To prevent overbrowning, cover edge of pie
    crust\twith
    foil.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.\tRemove foil
    and
    bake
    10
    to 20 minutes more or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
