Western Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. corn chips, slightly crushed
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; add 3/4 cup onion and celery. Cook until tender; drain fat.
    Add chili and pepper.
    Heat.
    Place layer of chips in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Alternate layers of chili mix, chips and cheese.
    Reserve 1/2 cup chips and 1/4 cup cheese for trim.
    Sprinkle with reserved cheese and onion.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
