Ham Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 c. vinegar or cooking sherry
    white cloves
Preparation
    Blend together all ingredients, except white cloves.
    Remove ham from oven 20 minutes before it is done. Slice fat on ham in crisscross pattern. Place cloves in ham and add glaze. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, basting if necessary. Instead of vinegar or cooking sherry, the liquid from maraschino cherries can be substituted.
