Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    6 slices white bread, with crust removed
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Spread each slice of bread with butter.
    Place in buttered casserole size 13 x 9.
    Sprinkle sausage, then cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and cheese.
    Chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 8, generously.
