Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Chinese vegetables, undrained
    1 large can mushrooms, undrained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 can onion soup
    1 can chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Cook beef with onion and pepper.
    Mix all other ingredients in large casserole dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
