Basil Garlic Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh basil leaves
    4 cloves garlic
    8 oz. softened butter
    white pepper
Preparation
    Mince in processor the basil leaves and garlic.
    Add butter and pepper.
    Chill until firm (about 1 hour).
    Use with grilled fish or meat.
    Also, use as spread on canapes or bread.
    Can be frozen up to one month.
