Pigs In Blankets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced
    2 lb. round steak, pre-tenderized
    mustard (prepared)
    Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation
    Cut round steak in large squares.
    Sprinkle
    generously with Lawry's
    seasoned
    salt.
    Spread generous amount of prepared mustard over meat.\tPlace some diced bacon and onion on meat
    and roll-up; tie with string or use toothpicks to hold. Brown
    small amount
    of bacon and onion in frying pan.
    Place rolled
    meat in pan and brown.
    Once browned, cover with water and\tsimmer\tfor approximately
    1
    hour.
    Thicken
    gravy with cornstarch.
