Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. chicken broth (canned or your own)
8 oz. cheese tortellini (frozen or fresh)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 c. grated cheese (Locatelli)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
2 tsp. dried basil or a few fresh leaves
Preparation

Bring chicken broth to a slow boil.
Add remainder of ingredients until tortellini is cooked, approximately 10 minutes.
