Pea Pickin' Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 butter batter cake mix
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz. whipped topping
1 bag finely chopped walnuts
1 box instant vanilla pudding
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
Preparation

Substitute oranges with juice for the liquid required in the cake mix.
Bake the cake according to directions.
Invert after ten minutes.
Mix the pudding, pineapple and whipped topping. Spread one-half of the mixture between the cooled layers of the cake and the remaining on top of the cake.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
